Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, but I was particularly impressed by the new bathroom facilities, which featured both a bidet and a separate shower. The climate-controlled room offered a comfortable environment, and the city view was delightful. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff further enhanced our experience. I truly appreciated the hotel's convenient location near Nu Sentral Mall and KL Sentral.
